On this site we will simulate casino environment to demonstrate capabilities of the Smartico.ai Gamification solution.



Smartico solution doesn't depend on particular Casino or Sportsbook platform and can be setup on any web page or in mobile application

In Smartico you can define actions of casino player that are giving Points.

Possible actions could be:

Inbox notification is a small widget shown in the right bottom corner. It's the main entry point to Gamification UI and one of communication Channels to keep player informed.

As part of gamification ecosystem we are providing analytical tools to track performance and adjust configurations of Levels, Missions and Points.

Missions

Missions require people to complete actions in order to get a reward or to unlock other possibilities.

Some missions could be available for player from beginning, while other unlocked while he is progressing.

When player completes mission he can get a reward as Points, Bonuses or any other casino specific benefits.

Operator can setup communication channels like Mails, Popups, SMS, Pushes to inform player about completion of mission or when it unlocked.

Right now you don't have any missions, by moving to the next step you will get 1st mission unlocked

You can build dependencies between missions and control when and what will be exposed to your players



Leaderboards

Leaderboards show how users are progressing against each other. Top positions receive additional rewards.




You can define multiple Leaderboards, like daily, weekly and monthly.
As part of leaderboard you are setting the rules, number of winners and what winners are getting.

As a base configuration winners are getting "Points" as reward. But you can setup system the way that will give any kind of reward supported by your Casino or Sport betting platform

Store & Bonuses

In the store players can buy benefits in the gaming environment, virtual or real items using collected Points.

Smartico Store support 2 types of the items.

With Basic integration operator can define Store item that is issues by Casino platform based on API call.
As soon as player is buying item, Smartico is making a call to Casino platform and if it's succesefull, deducting Points from user balance.

With Deep integration we are building a custom solution for the platform. Where purchase item (usally a Bonus of any type), can be issued, automatically or manually redeemed, expired or used.
In this case player has a control and visibility of the Bonus status after purchasing it the store.

Recording UI sessions

Gamification is all about user expirience.
And for this reason we are providing a tool to record player behavior for farther analysis.




In order to protect player privacy we are not recording sensetive information and giving an option for operator to record only specific sessions or part of the interface.


Flow builder

Flow builder is heart of our system.

It's main purpose is to evaluate actions done by player and player state and execute specific activities.

In Marketing operator can segment players and build retention campaigns using 5 communication channels (also known as omni channel marketing approach).




Flows can be executed in realtime as reaction to user action or based on defined schedule (e.g. "3 days before player birthday")

Popups, Inbox and Push messages you are getting out of the box as soon as Smartico script is planted on your web site.

For Email and SMS we can setup direct integration with providers or connect to your existing API.



React on communication events When specific channel is used in the flow you can track reaction on the message.



For example you can do a Double Engagement, with Web-Push as primary channel and when player is getting push (Impression) to send him email with 1 minute delay.



Or you can build a fallback flows when one of the communication is failed.
